She is a qualified Company Secretary & LLB(From GLC) and had worked with large companies in India. She has rich experience of more than 13 years of professional service specialised in Company Law and in commercial contracts. She was involved in Due Diligence process of the right issue of the demerged company of a large Pharmaceutical company. She looks after Business Origination in India and also developing strategies for both Domestic & International Business and Client Management.
